Privacy Policy

DoosraJob is a free job platform for people in India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at doosrajob.com and our Android app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using DoosraJob you agree to this policy.

When you create an account and use DoosraJob, you may share:

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• For job seekers: your CV details such as your work history, education, skills, salary, a short summary, city, and an optional profile photo and resume file.
• For employers: your company name, company details, and verification documents (KYC) so we can confirm the business is real.
• Your city and, if you allow it, your location on the map so we can show jobs near you.
• Job applications you send and messages you send us through the contact form.

• Basic sign-in details, such as the time you last logged in, to keep your account secure.
• If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

We do not run advertising trackers on DoosraJob, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

• To create and run your account and show your profile to the right people.
• For job seekers: to match you with jobs and let employers you apply to see your profile and contact details.
• For employers: to publish your jobs and show you the people who apply.
• To send you important messages about your account, such as sign-up confirmation, password reset and job alerts.
• To keep DoosraJob safe, prevent misuse, and follow the law.

When you apply for a job, the employer for that job can see your profile and the contact details you provided, so they can reach you. Employers on DoosraJob are verified before they can post jobs. We share information with a small number of trusted service providers only to run the platform:

• Google, when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Zoho ZeptoMail, to deliver the emails we send you.
• OpenStreetMap, to turn a place name into map coordinates when you set your location.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people who use DoosraJob.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, CV, applications and saved data. Some records may stay in secure backups for a short time before they are cleared.

You can delete your account and all its data at any time. In the app, open the Profile tab and tap Delete my account. On the website you can request the same from your profile page. This removes your profile, CV, applications and saved data for good. You can also read the steps and ask us for help on our account deletion page.

We protect your account with secure sign-in tokens and store passwords in a scrambled form that even we cannot read. We use a picture code check on our sign-in and sign-up pages to stop automated abuse. No system is perfect, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

DoosraJob is meant for people who are old enough to work, and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

• You can view and edit your profile details at any time.
• You can withdraw a job application from the app or website.
• You can delete your account, which removes your data.
• You can email us to ask what information we hold about you.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Please check back so you know how we handle your information.
