Ola Car Wash Private Limited is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager for our centre in Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi. Build strong relationships with customers and bring in repeat business. What you will do: - Stay in touch with customers and understand their needs - Handle bookings, feedback and complaints end to end - Work with the team to improve the customer experience Who we are looking for: - About 2 years of experience in a similar role - Comfortable with Client Handling, Communication, Follow-ups - Experience in sales, support or client handling - Good communication and basic computer skills Timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week.
